Last season's Memorial Cup Champions the WINDSOR SPITFIRES are finally represented in ROCKIES. Canada's top junior A hockey club very kindly sent Slovakian born forward RICHARD PANIK's number 28 jersey. Right winger RICHARD was a draft pick in 2009 for the Tampa Bay Lightning coming in at the NHL Draft as the 52nd choice over all.

ROCKIES would like to thank the Windsor Spitfires organisation and additionally to DAVE WILSON who is chairman of the IRISH CANADIAN SOCIETY which is based in Dublin , IRELAND. Windsor native DAVE was instrumental in seeing that the SPITFIRES were displayed in ROCKIES along with the other 15 OHL clubs on display.
